Dr. Ann Ndirangu

Director & Founder

Dr. Ndirangu is the visionary founder of PDI Achievers. She holds a PhD in Entrepreneurship and is a certified Human Resource Professional, recognised as an accomplished community mobiliser and personal development influencer.

Ann Murithi

Deputy Director

Ann Murithi holds a Master's degree in Education and brings three decades of experience in the field, including 13 years as a high school principal. She is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment, a community organiser, and a career coach.

John Wachira

Finance Officer

John Wachira is a PMP-certified construction project management consultant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management and a Diploma in Leadership and Governance, backed by over 10 years of experience in the building industry.

Jimnah Irungu

Strategy Expert

Jimnah Irungu holds a PhD in Business Administration, majoring in Strategic Management, and is a member of the Kenya Institute of Managers.

Mworia Koome

Math Stack Engineer

Mworia Koome is the Founder and CEO of Summitree Group and a PURES alumnus. He is a mathematician, computer scientist, community organiser, writer, and youth leader.

A PLEA NOT TO DIE

I’m not talking about funerals. I’m talking about the many Gen Zs who will graduate and, years later, still have no home of their own, no way to pay an aging parent’s hospital bill, no business started, no project that truly changed their community—nothing to show.
